Portraits of the last winter fishermen of a northern harbour.
Eleven men still take the boats out in winter. Their sons work on the mainland. I spent the dark months with them.
How it was made
Shot on one camera and one lens, in the half hour of light each day. No flash, no styling, nothing moved.
Where it went
Exhibited at Nordic House in Torshavn; the harbour bought one print for the waiting room.
